Terms of Service

This is draft copy prepared for Paul. It is not legal advice, and Paul has not commissioned a paid legal review of it yet.

The subscription

Candent costs USD $29 a month. There is one plan, one price. No annual option, no tiers, no coupons. Billing runs through Stripe.

Free use

You can schedule up to 10 posts before you need to subscribe. Once you use them, scheduling further posts needs a paid plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. To cancel, contact support@candent.app; a self-serve cancel button is not built into the product yet.

Refunds

If something has gone wrong with your billing, contact support@candent.app and we will sort it out. We do not offer automatic refunds for partial months.

What you're responsible for

Candent drafts and schedules posts for your LinkedIn account, but you choose what gets published. You're responsible for what goes out under your name.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a change that matters to you, we'll do our best to let you know.
